Rogue Pipe Works USA (RPW USA) maintains normal business hours from 8am-5pm, PST Monday thru Friday and is closed on most major holidays.
All prices show in our price list, catalog, website and otherwise are FOB RPW USA facility in Oregon and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders shipped to California will be charged the appropriate California sales tax. All orders are invoiced at price in effect at the time of order.
All prices are in USD and do not include freight charges. Prices and freight charges are indicated on the invoice for each order.
RPW USA offers active and retired military a discount of 10% on the cost of the products. This discount does not include shipping. Proof of military service needs to be verified and valid ID needs to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive the discount. Please contact RPW USA at 541-756-7791 for military discount questions.
Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to RPW USA as well as the original freight.
We try to avoid back order situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and then call you as soon as the product is again available.
All special orders are shipped prepaid only and cannot be returned.
Domestic Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or US Postal Service. The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Same Day and next day service is not available. We do not offer C.O.D. delivery for retail customers. Military Addresses are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).
Duties and Taxes:
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and is payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. RPW USA cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
Returns & Claims:
Any requests for the return of goods purchased from RPW USA must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, call RPW USA for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) that will be issued over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle, it cannot be returned. The party that originally purchased it from RPW USA, i.e., if you bought it at a dealership, can only return merchandise you must return it to that dealership. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by RPW USA, then RPW USA will only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service 1st Class shipping expense. RPW USA cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time.
All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.
The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from RPW USA by the customer hereby shall release RPW USA from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal for use.
